Part - Time Junior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a part-time, remote graphic designer to join our ever-growing team! ✨We need a wildly creative, eager, and organized person to work alongside our creative director ✨ Job Summary: A talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should be able to work collaboratively with other team members to design and develop a wide range of creative projects such as marketing collaterals, social media graphics, and website layouts. Responsibilities: Design and develop high-quality graphics and visual materials for various projects such as marketing collaterals, social media graphics, and website layouts. Collaborate with other team members to develop creative ideas and design solutions. Manage projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project requirements. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual style across all projects. Stay up-to-date with industry trends! Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or formal design education. At least 2 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer. Proof of quality of work in the form of a portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro). After Effects and any other Adobe application is a huge bonus! Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Must be a team player! Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively. English first or second language. Must be able to write and speak proficiently in English. Afrikaans is also a bonus! We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager and Personal/Company Assistant! 🌟 Job Summary: We're seeking a motivated and creative individual to take on the role of Social Media Manager and Personal Assistant on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with company directors and team members to manage client social media accounts and provide assistance with personal and company tasks. Responsibilities: * Manage client social media accounts on a daily basis, including content client approval, scheduling, publishing, engagement and community management. * Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any queries or concerns. * Assist company directors with personal and company tasks as requested, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling administrative duties, amongst other tasks. * Collaborate with team members to develop creative ideas and strategies for social media content and campaigns. * Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Requirements: * Matric certificate is vital. * Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok & YouTube. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and accept constructive criticism. * Fluent in English; proficiency in Afrikaans is advantageous. * Certification in social media management is a plus. * Must be willing to work remotely and attend occasional in-person team meetings.
